$10 per notarized principal signature (as allowed by NC law).

If a document requires multiple notarizations/signatures, the notary fee is applied per notarization.
Mobile Travel Fee (In-Person Appointments)

Mobile service includes a separate travel fee, quoted in advance based on location, time, and distance.

After-Hours / Time-Sensitive Requests

Appointments outside normal business hours or time-sensitive requests may include a convenience fee, quoted in advance.

Starting at $75 for basic packages (will, power of attorney, healthcare directive). NC notary fee of $10 per notarized signature included. Custom packages priced per consultation based on document count and location.
Starting at $50 per document (includes NC Secretary of State fee of $10 per document). Rush and multi document packages available. Travel and convenience fees quoted in advance based on location.
