Sign Here Services provides professional in-person notarization of properly prepared estate-planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.

Notarial fees are charged in accordance with North Carolina law at up to $10 per notarized principal signature.

Sign Here Services does not prepare legal documents, select documents or notarial certificates for clients, interpret legal documents, or provide legal advice.

Questions concerning the contents, requirements, or legal effect of estate-planning documents should be directed to the preparing attorney.

Apostille coordination is a separate document-support service and is not itself a notarial act.

Apostille coordination service fee: Starting at $40 per eligible document.

North Carolina Secretary of State authentication fee: Currently $10 per document.

Shipping, courier, or other third-party charges, when applicable, will be disclosed separately.

If a document requires notarization before apostille processing, any notarial fee will be separately identified and charged in accordance with North Carolina law.

Processing times are determined by the issuing government agency and cannot be guaranteed.

Mobile appointments are available throughout Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, and surrounding service areas.

When travel is requested, applicable travel reimbursement is calculated using actual mileage at the current federal business mileage rate.

Before travel occurs, the principal will receive the estimated mileage and applicable mileage rate and must agree to the travel reimbursement in writing as required by North Carolina law.

Final travel reimbursement is based on actual mileage traveled.

Evening, Weekend & Time-Sensitive Appointments

Evening, weekend, same-day, and time-sensitive appointments may be available upon request and are subject to availability. No additional fees apply for these appointment times.

Mobile Notary Services

For mobile notary appointments, the total amount may include:

• Applicable North Carolina notarial fees based on the number of notarized principal signatures.

• Applicable travel reimbursement based on actual mileage at the current federal business mileage rate.

Before travel, clients will receive an estimate showing the basis for the charges and any required travel consent.
