Notary Fees (North Carolina)
$10 per notarized principal signature (as allowed by NC law).
If a document requires multiple notarizations/signatures, the notary fee is applied per notarization.
Mobile Travel Fee (In-Person Appointments)
Mobile service includes a separate travel fee, quoted in advance based on location, time, and distance.
All fees are discussed and agreed upon before travel so there are no surprises.
After-Hours / Time-Sensitive Requests
Appointments outside normal business hours or time-sensitive requests may include a convenience fee, quoted in advance.

Number of notarizations/signers
Distance and location type (home, office, hospital, etc.)
Time of day/urgency
Any waiting time required at the appointment
Notarization fee ($10 per notarization)
Travel fee (quoted in advance; includes mileage/time; minimum trip fee if you use one)
