No. Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. Notaries certify the identity of signers. The signers are responsible for the content of the documents.
If a document is recorded with a government agency such as a Secretary of State’s office, a County Clerk or a court, certified copies should be obtained from that agency. Mobile notaries cannot notarize these documents.
At this time, we provide in-person notarizations only, including mobile appointments in the Charlotte area.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. All signers must be present, and documents should remain unsigned until the appointment.
Yes, mobile appointments are available at approved locations. Please call/text so we can confirm access requirements and timing.
No. We cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. We can notarize properly completed documents.
